No start. P0743 & P1765

Went to start the truck this morning but wouldn't start. Checked for codes. i got P0743 and P1765. Looked them up in the DTR wiki, but what would you guess? They're not listed. Any idea what they mean?
I'm thinking i could have VP 44 problems or air in the fuel lines. I'm going to try cracking some fuel lines and try to start again. I might be able to have a friend drive me to the parts store to borrow a scanner later today.
Thanks for the help guys
