I am sort of confused in what you are asking. If you are wondering why your truck does not make a huge cloud of black smoke like some others you may have seen. Well thats because you have a stock motor and it is making use of all of the fuel that is being supplied to it. Running efficiently you could say. When you are seeing black smoke from tail pipes you are seeing unburnt fuel. That means your using more fuel than there is air to burn it. Not always a great thing.

If your wanting your truck to smoke alot cause it looks cool. Well thats not my department. As its rather childish in my mind.

The new fuel filter will also help elminate black smoke.

Appreciate the feedback, yeah it smokes very little I was just wondering cause I see some of them smoke like a freight train.I was just wondering because I have rode in some and it seems like they have some pulling power. We took a trip this weekend and came back with about 12k lbs and we could not get over 60 mph.I know this truck is capable of more pulling power just trying to figure wich way to go on it.Truck has a tad over 200k miles on it
