New TSB for 98-02 Fuel Transfer pump diagnosis
Can you believe this? They made a simple procedure into a nightmare!

Gee! I think they left out some steps! Like: "Before performing the test, drive round trip from LA to San Francisco via New York to determine if the fuel pump is working or not".
