New Radiator

what brand radiator is a quality replacement for a second gen?
rock auto has some for under 200 and the price worries me
nappa sells to for close to 300 dollars

what are you guys buying and from where?

It depends on what you want--are you looking for a stock replacement, or are you looking to improve on that?

For a stock replacement just go for the NAPA one, or you could pick one up cheaper at a junkyard probably.

I searched and searched for a solid all metal one but couldnt justify the higher price plus the shipping. I found the best price on a factory replacement and just purchased it locally.

I got the NAPA version for my Tahoe and its a good product.

I found the exact same one online for 50 bucks less, but with shipping and risk of damage or wrong part I chose to support the local guy and didn't beat him up over it...

No regrets.

I got mine at Autozone I was leaving for vacation and they had it that day installed pressure tested and been good for several years now. Was much lighter than original.
