New batteries w/adrenaline problem

Ok so I went out and bought some costco group 65 batteries. Stopped at menards got some bar stock and created my new battery mount piece. Batteries fit without a problem everything bolted back in fine. Now here lies my weird problem. When I go and hook up the adrenaline to the positive on the battery the adrenaline clicked, then a ballon sounding squeel started to happen and stopped. I went over to start the truck and noticed that it seemed like the trucks iginition was turned on with no keys in the igintion. I was like ***! So I removed the adrenaline hot line and looked at my dash no lights were on, truck started up normal and was fine. Put the adrenaline hot wire back on and it sounds like the the trucks keys to igintion and you hear the grid heater cycling.
What the hell is happening? Never had any issues in the past when I unhook that wire and reinstalled it on my old batteries. Truck runs fine with the adrenaline hot wire unhooked. I was able to unload and load my smarty tunes so I know I didnt fry my computer.

So I went out to move my truck it started and then shut off. I noticed my lift pump was not firing. Cleaned all the terminals, the truck fired up but now I am throwing a p0238 code. This is turning into a nightmare.

Double check all the connections. Grounds are good and tight. If you're re-installing everything exactly the same there s/b no issue. Possibly unplug the Adr at the module and replug.

I contacted quad and they wanted me to try and update the box because it could be an issue on the turbo timer circuit keeping the ignition power alive at all . I have a feeling the box got messed up because I cant get the computer to recognize it.
