Ok truck acted a little funny this week so I ran the onboard check and got these codes, anybody tell me what they are? I think my IP may be on its way out. When I floor it I get a stutter.

P 0500
P 1693
P 0522

P0500... no vehicle speed sensor. I usually set that code by spinning the tires.
P0522... oil pressure circuit low. Have you witnessed low oil pressure??
P1693... companion code alerting you to the other codes.

a stutter could be many things but the codes are pointing to other things and not a failed VP-44. Assuming you used the "key trick", all codes may or may not show up with that method.

 

Well I did do a big burnout the other nite so I bet that is were the one came from, as for the low oil preasure it has not droped off from were it has always been.
