Bob is the Smarty Distributor for the USA and the orignal smarty was an actual ECM and people had to send in cores for their Catcher ECM. He may or may not have any but he has helped many when he can.

Although not the cheapest, I ended up ordering mine from DodgeParts. Probably a false sercurity blanket having it remaned by the OEM. Just have to get it flashed at the dealer when you instal it or find someone that can.
