Should I be getting more then 11mpg in town? Seems pretty low. I figured I'd get least 16 round town.

I would check/clean your IAT & MAP sensors.

I see about 15 avg, but I'v got a manual and no engine mods.

I get 16 average all driving. Mileage has recently dropped to 13 on winter fuel. It is low in anything under 5th gear & 11 mpg may be correct but I suspect that something else is amiss. This is with 4.10 gears & 5 speed.
