I have had this problem ever since ive owned the truck and i cant take it anymore ive got to figure out what it is, i have heard of a problem with the ecm causing this to happen but just wondering if yall have any suggestions on what to do

 

My truck is a 99 2500 runs great besides that got 150,000 miles, also got a few plans for building it up, true torque power module, 90hp injectors, big fuel line kit ats arc flow intake snow performance water/meth injection, curious were i should start since im going to be doing this over a couple of months and not all at one time
