posted a few days ago with code and (i thought) vp problems. got a 216 code and 236 and 238.
edge box disconnected didnt help[.
to make a long story short the plug for the mapp sensor had a samll pin pushed out when it got connected and wasnt making the connection inside the plug.
ALL THE SYMPTOMS OF A DYING PUMP.
driving it with the obd II on it showed no movement in the sensor. maxed out.
fixed the plug and saved myself 2 grand.
how it ran so long wiht the plug half connected i dont know...but i sure am happy today!!!
