Performance might drop. ECM will be reading a lower voltage than it should be and might not fuel the truck properly. Check the plug connection for corrosion, check wiring, etc. If there is nothing wrong with either of those, remove sensor and inspect/clean and take an ohm reading.

I just re-read my post and perhaps I may have jumped the gun. I was thinking the sensor was like an ordinary sensor, oops.
I'm not sure if sensors like MAP and IAT are able to be tested by just taking a resistance reading. Maybe some others will chime in and say if they can or can't be tested that route. Usually people will just replace them if they feel the MAP is no good, which might be a faster/easier route.
