Major Problems

Here is the rundown of what is going on.

Truck will start, run rough (sounds like its loping on only a couple cylinders), run for about 10 sec, then die. You can do this as many times as you want with the same results.

It was running perfect in the morning. Shut it down, went to fire it up later that afternoon and thats when it acted up.

Been in the shop for going on 4 days now. They can't get any codes, have ran every test they can think of, have talked to every tech they know, and have replaced the alternator (low output), lift pump and injection pump (ouch). They hooked up their computer to it and said the throttle position sensor is working normally.

I can't understand why its not throwing any codes. Could the ECM be going bad? What numbers do I need to look for a used ECM? Any relays I need to check or replace?

I'm getting very frustrated and not to mention very BROKE over this deal!!

I recall a similar story on here not too long ago. The problem ended up being a small tear or hole in a fuel line that was allowing in air. Same symptoms you have. No codes because it was similar to running out of fuel.

Something to check.
