Just an update...I looked at everything and couldn't find a single leak. Power is fine. EGT's are in check. FP is good. No more or less smoke than usual. I figure it must be my gauge acting funky. Would condensation in the line cause a problem like this? What else would make a gauge act goofy? Thanks again for all the help.

Any chance you have a pin hole in the tube leading to your gauge? That would decrease your gauge reading.

Could be a kinked boost hose, and could be the pass. side intercooler boot rubbing on the A/C that rubbed a pinhole on the boot.

I double checked everything. I'm getting around 31 psi WOT in 5th. Used to be 35ish psi. I guess I need to test the gauge? Would winter blend fuel plus the cold air temp cause a drop of psi?

My truck would loose boost with lower Fuel Pressure than normal.

Make sure your Fuel Pressure is where it is supposed to be, and that your exhaust is still in good shap (not bent)

Did you do ANY changes AT ALL since your boost started falling?

My truck did the same thing a long time ago,, I went from ~40PSI boost to 36PSI and after days of diagnosing, I could never find the problem. Since my EGT's were pretty much the same, and my mpower felt within 10HP of what it was before, I just let it ride...

My truck loses power, maximum boost pressure and fuel economy on winter fuel. It only seems to run good on the high centane summer stuff. Hopefully thats the reason as its a easy fix, just wait for summer or you can try adding some fuel conditioner that has additives to boost the centane rating and see what happens. Other than that look for air leaks.

Thanks again to all that replied. Finally found the culprit....actually two of them. Blew the gasket between the intake heater and the air horn. Also found out my airline was only finger tight on the back of the gauge...all is good. Now I'm loosing fuel pressure again! It never ends does it? Guess it's time for one of Vulcan Performence's LP relocation and fuel line kit. Ordered it tonight. Can't wait!
