Loss of power still, help!

Okay i posted a few months ago about a 100mile trip i did where my truck started to hesitate while cruising around 85mph when i gave it gas. (Gas: any such combustible fluid used as fuel) it only hesitated during moderate fueling. The hesitation then started at a lower speed and so on until i could barely go 65. then i eventually had no power and had to be towed home. I had previosly used filtered wvo and that maybe i just had a dirty fuel filter. After the truck sat in my driveway for over a month because of brake problems i changed the fuel filter which was absoluted discusting and was really caked with thick sludge, i thought my problems were resolved. They seemed to be for a couple of weeks and now it does it again. Mostly onle when i really fuel it. If i were to just floor it, it would have okay power up to 2200 rpms then just bog and produce white smoke and then may not even be able to go over 55 mph. I drive the truck fairly normal it seems to drive okay.
Also my turbo usually hits around 30 under heavy fueling and sometimes barely makes it to 20psi
I'm wondering if:
1. My governor springs have come loose?
2. My fuel plate has slipped?
3. Is there another fuel filter i need to replace?
4. Clogged injectors?
5. Bad Injector pump?
6. other
Any good advice is apreciated.

It sounds like you have algae growing in your tank. Try a good biocide and then change the fuel filter again.

Good luck.

Say waa?

I never heard of that before, yikes! I haven't run any wvo in 9 months, you sure? The new filter has only 500 miles on it. how do i measure my fuel pressure or vacuum?
