Wow...that really sucks. I would look around for another brand rather than give up on new injectors.

Owned truck since new, drive for best milage occasionally open it up.
at idle, tach needle never stayed steady always had a little blip in it.
No trouble codes are in the computer.
60,000 miles my mpg dropped from 21 to 17 during a road trip.
truck would then on occasion puff out smoke on startup, (always starts good and quick, even to today).
could hear the turbo progressively spool at lower rpm than normal.
70,000 miles bought smarty, and gauges (egt, boost, fuel pressure).
fuel pressure was bad, so I put on factory replacement lift pump.
milage got better with smarty timing advance, not quite back to normal though.
checked for boot leaks on intercooler, all is ok.
put new MBRP 4" exhaust on and tip quickly got covered with heavy wet soot.
fuel pressure was still low with new pump, installed airdog.
turbo started running boost at 55mph on flat and level road (never did this before).
Fuel pressure would occasionaly twitch (mechanical gauge).
fuel pressure then went haywire, 3 to 15 back and forth, boost building almost continously, horible milage, egt's climbing higher than ever have (normally always under 1100, now will shoot towards 1300).
fuel tank is full, so its not sucking air.

I think I have a stuck injector (or more) and have ordered a new set of Mach4 injectors and have parked it. It seems like there is raw fuel being dumped into the engine (i assume from a bad injector) Please let me know what everyone thinks, does this seem like I am looking in the right dirrection? Thanks.
for one, you can attribute a loss of mileage to the EPA and the fuel you have to use, i have lost as much as 4 MPG depending on how aggressive i am........i used to get over 20, now i'm below 19 even with propane

I got mine from Rip and he had them in stock (it has been a while). He also had M-4 in stock at that time. (sourceautomotive.com)

Im sorry this happened. I was not mad. Just so you know.

Yes, we are so swamped with orders right now we had to suspend any new business to get caught up. I told all the guys that 3 weeks on new Mach orders is not going to be abnormal for the next few months.

There are some stock orders in the works now for some 4's to Source Automotive. They should receive one set in the next week or so.

Don, thanks for the info. I put a new order in with Source automotive.

Thanks to everyone else for the suggestions on other injectors. I have been reading Cummins Ram forum posts since 1999 before I bought my truck. I decided about four years ago when I needed injectors I would get some mach 4's (even though they are pricey). They are bigger than I think I need right now, but I have watch so many people upgrade injectors two or three times, I figure I dont want to do it more than once. I also liked how everything I have read said how clean they ran, I like having power but also want efficiency too.

Air dog, You already got some of my money. I bought one of your 150's last year. I like it alot, you did a nice job with the mounting bracket and the wiring harness, made installation painfree for the most part. You need to include in your instructions to use a heat gun for the hoses to the barbs, they made me swear alot. I just got the vulcan big line kit, it said to oil and heat gun them and it was cake to install. I wish I knew that when I put your pump in.

Seems I read somewhere..the injector housing can crack if wrong torque is used and Dodge supplied an other one..
Also rumor is with a proper reader it will tell you how off the pump is getting..as stated the timing progressively gets further behind in the VP. If all else checks........Vp it has to be
