Is there liquid on the back side of the tire? Sounds like a front end rebuild may be in order. The seals on the axle shaft could be leaking. Just a dumb question, but you do not have the front diff engaged? Possibly the u-joints.

My guess would be the steering gear box. If you look at the bottom of the box were the pitman arm connects too the sector shaft usually that seal goes and leaks right there. You can replace the seals in the box but its not worth it usually will start leaking again as there is play in that shaft so the seals wont seal and so that means new box.

I replaced my steering box at around 340,000kms it lasted about 2months or 10,000kms. The parts store would not replace it under warrantee, because my truck is registered for commercial use...so rather than pay another 280$ for another unwarranteed box I sourced out a seal kit, for 40$(from NAPA) it came with the lower bushing. so I rebuilt it, that 50,000kms ago, truck runs 8-10hrs 5 days a week, I'm now at 397,000kms...and no leaks

Are you using any brake fluid? Maybe a caliber going out?

Check your power steering fluid level. The power steering pump also supplies the pressure for the power brakes. It isn't uncommon to develop a leak between the vacuum pump and the power steering pump where they are connected.

Puts some power steering oil in it, you are low. Steam clean the thing so you can see where the leak is coming from. The powersteering stop leak fluid works, Prestone or other brands
