Lift pump specs

What are to specs of a good stock lift pump? GPH? PSI? Also, what is the maximum pressure the VP44 should see? Is 25 PSI too high?

Many good opinions here on fuel pumps/pressures from many good folks.
I prefer 15psi at idle, 10psi WOT minimum and enough flow capacity to maintain both....mine is rated 100 gph.
