Lift pump # location

I bought my truck used last month. How do I tell if the lift pump has been changed? Is there a # stamped on it anywhere?

Just get a fuel pressure gauge and keep an eye on it, if its below the specs have the dealer change it for you. You can use a test gauge or what ever to test it. If it reads 12 to 15 psi at idle, you have a good pump.
