Uh... Don't put ANY gas in your diesel... EVER. Especially with the new ULSD, gas strips everything in your fuel system of lubrication normally provided by the diesel, while the new ULSD is bad already, putting gas in there will make it 10x worse.

Kerosene is a normal additive for cold weather operation in numerous areas. It's gell point is lower.

kerosene is almost like #1 i bet you cold at almost 5 gal per 30 and be OK but I'm not an expert. i know that we did run 100 kerosene back in the day for the tractor we use to plow the barnyard.

Not true, Volkswagon claims you can mix upto 5% or something like that, I can't remember it may be even a higher ratio,Its in the owners manual. I believe Mercedes approves it as well(dont quote me thou)I have and we did mix gas/kero anything we had on hand, or the trucks would not run while on a peace keeping tour, the fuel was so bad it was not funny, you'd change a filter and 50miles later change it again. but thats a whole nother story. I dont reccommend it but it can be done safely if you have to. Kero has way less lub than diesel, so if your mixing make sure you add something for lub, 2stroke would be what I'd use. a good additive would be a better choice than Kero.

If your asking you must have a good supply on hand huh?

Just add kero then some WMO. I ran 20-25 gallons of WMO to 10-15 gallons of kero. let er rip!!! And I've been runnin whatever I have on hand for more than 40K now. Mostly just WMO but I was runnin Kero when it was cheaper than diesel in the summer. Pour in your diesel, then your gallons of Kero, then just add a gallon of WMO. The diesel and Kero will thin out the WMO so it won't get to viscous during the cold, but give you some Lubricity in the fuel system.

Is there actually a CTD in Lecco ?? Wow, that's great.... send me a PM

You can add kerosene with no problem, I keep it to 10%/15% ratio.

Why would anyone that knows anything about a truck put WMO " wast motor oil " in a $30,000 dollar plus Vehicle All you are going to do is put dirt and crap in the whole system .Older Mercedes says you can ad gas to them but it's like 1 gal to a tank full K1 is good BUT at a 1 too 2 Gal per tank , best to use Power Service and a little 2 stroke oil . Never USE WMO
