Well Guys and Gals,

Thanks to this site and your help, I made an initial purchase a few years ago and am sooooo glad I purchased a CUMMINS....the truck was great never gave me a problem and after 30k miles of ownership I decided to sell her and move to a LONGBED.

I am happy to say that after doing my homework and finally figuring out what I wanted...3rd gen or stick with an "OLD SCHOOL" I decided to go with this very clean

2001.5 QC/LB...the previous owner did a great job of keeping her high and dry...he really babied (cosmeticly) her, and broke the engine in right...

She is a low milage truck 82.7K and came with some goodies....(listed below minus the stereo) I have decided to not tap the wire and am running the Comp in EZ mode and before he sold it (DUE TO SMOG) he pulled the Jammers and the comp)...so right now it is just an EZ with stock injectors...(I am prob. gonna put the injectors back in next weekend) The reason I am thinking of not taping the wire is because he told me and his reciepts and records back up what he said...its a brand new injector pump 500 miles on it (rounded off)...

over all I am very happy with the truck so far, I have had it about a week...

Very nice.

And it's the easiest color to keep clean. I wish I had went with that color...I have black and it always looks dirty.

Thanks a lot guys...I searched and searched and found this gem tucked away in a small town about an hour and half from me.

Yea 99...It is an easy color to keep clean...my 1999 was white which was very nice too..I had to wash that one about once a month to keep her clean...I figure that this one should be about the same. It is a pavement princess (I'll admit It..lol) but will tow my 26' off shore boat to the big pond and do my duck and pheasant hunting on dirt roads which do get muddy...but NO OFF ROADING.

Digger, yea the previous owner keep very good records, took very good care of her and I have his records so over all it was a good deal.

Good deal! I really wish I would have held out for an 01.5 or 02. Disc brakes all around and no crappy blocks!
