For some reason the truck will be driving along and will make a sound as if it’s starving for fuel, but the kicker is I’ll also lose my radio power and cluster for about 2 seconds and it will come back on? Need help I have checked the grounds? Don’t know where to go from here

 

If you can't find a ground problem, look for a short in a power lead. Could also be a bad battery cable clamp.

 

Sounds ECM like.....trace all wiring, Dodge was/is notorious for running just enough wire to connect the circuits with no extra for wiggle room..
