remove the intake horn and grid heater, detach the lines from the transfer tubes at the head, use a small screwdriver or plastic scraper to pop the transfer tubes slightly out of the head.
then, under the valve cover, undo the injector hold down bolts, which I believe are torqued to 90 inch/lbs. you only have to remove the "front" bolt of each hold down. Then, using one of those bolts threaded into the top of the injector, use a small pry bar to "pop" the injector loose. Lift up and out, replace with new injector, o-rings, and copper washer.
You will feel the new injector " snap " into place, then replace the injector hold down, do not torque yet. Pop the transfer tube back into place, figner tighten the injector line, then torque the hold down to 90 inch lbs. finish tightening the injector line, move on to the next injector.
Always remember to pop the transfer tube out of the head a bit, so as not to wreck it while removing the injector.
Good luck.
