first off.. I have a 2002, Sport, 2500, 4x4, CTD, Auto, QC, LB,35" tires, 3.55 gears, superchip 3705, k&n drop in AF. 475, 000 kms.

I was leaving work today, got in my truck, started the truck and the volt meter slowly dropped. check guages light then lit up. I thought ok ive seen this before on other trucks. I turned the truck off and restarted it. ALL guages stopped working and I got " no bus" in the odometer screen. ***. This truck is like a big hole I can just shovel money into!!!!

I have checked the pdc, grounds on batteries, body grounds checked fuses DS of dash and at PDC.

The truck runs fine but there is no guages. and all warning lights are on...

there is power at guages. I have done the key cycle for codes but nothing will come up. I have also done the cluster test and it comes up with codes: 900, 920, 921, 940, 950, 999 then comes up no bus after cycling through all the lights and guages.

I have put so much time and effort into this truck as well as money and I'm ready for the towel, maybe watch for a sport CTD for sale in the classifieds...
Or a bonfire. i cant see anymore smilies that explain my disgust in my moparcedes.

PLEASE HELP it will bring up my resale value!

 

check your fusees under hood and at the dash

 

i have. i think i mentioned that. trying toremove the dash now for a look see. Funny thing is the cruise still works! ***!

 

ok I have it! fixed the issue, " no bus" no longer! HAHA, It was the guage cluster, I had to remove it and then put it all back in, works fine again.

 

Bring it by my place we'll have a double burning!! First and last Dodge I'll own, mark my words!
