How do I test my injector pump?
No codes?? Check your fuses and contactor relays in the power distribution center located under the hood on the drivers fender. Inside under the cover there will be a schematic for the fuses and relays.
The truck won't start so bumping the starter is the only way I can test the LP. I installed the gauge in one of the ports in the filter housing.
The computer didn't store any codes. I check all the fueses and swaped around the relays but still no worky.

You say you have fuel coming from the lift pump to the injection pump but none after the injection pump. The fuses and relays have all been checked. There are no codes. Sounds like the signal to make it all works is not there. Have you checked the pump wire where you tapped for the drag comp? Maybe it has broke, I have heard of that before. I will keep thinking but it sounds like the injector pump is shot, but the part about no codes baffles me, there should be some if the injector pump is no good.
I was driving the truck and it just died. I don't know if the computer had time to see a problem. I will check the wire when I get home from work.
Will the computer see the problem or does the truck need to be running for it to see the problem?
Thanks

If you were driving when it died the code should be set. Even if the pump wire was cut from the wire tap there should still be a code stating no communication between ECM and injector pump, not in those exact words, can not remember the exact words.
Well the FASS went in last night and still no start. The injector pump is not moving any fuel. I guess it is time for a new one. A guy that a freind of mine knows that used to work for cummins is going to come look at it tonight.
The FASS is awesome 16psi

I found out last night that the pump is bad
I am picking up the new on at lunch today and will be puting it on tonight. I thounght that it would be hard to take off. It only took 45min to have it all apart.
