:shrug: I dunno. I could litterally kill my engine on demand that way. With hrvp, fass, full 1/2" fuel lines, no banjo bolts, ddp comp 250s.

Air CAN NOT bleed back into the injector from the cylinder unless it is BADLY damaged.
Injectors CAN NOT use more fuel than the vp delivers. They would close LONG before the pressure dropped since the pressure created by the vp is what actually opens the injectors.
The injectors on the vp44 trucks are "auto bleed" type that release some fuel back to the tank on every injection cycle to purge excess air. If you are getting air in your high pressure system- enough to cause a problem, there is a VERY serious air leak into the low pressure fuel delivery system.
