how can i get my diesel to blow a little black smoke when i take off? other than adding a tuner or chip to it, is there a simple way to make a little smoke and i know that the smoke is unburnt fuel

I'm lookin for something cheap like a additive or something like that

 

can get a boost fooler for arround 50 or 60 bucks that would help but not much. smoke is from unburned fuel.

 

Unplug the map sensor or loosen a intercooler boot and it will smoke

Or lug the engine in a higher gear . All cheap/free options

drive a screwdriver through your intercooler boot so you build very little boost pressure. it will smoke then and its very cheap.

 

for 300 bucks or under you can get a used edge comp, that will blow a nice cloud on take off.

 

Do a search on a "smoke switch"

 

Build it for power! Smoke will come.

comp box is a great programmer but would not recomend if you dont have at least a 300$ lift pump and fuel pressure gauge or you are asking for vp failure. I could not get my truck to smoke by luggin it stock. If you wanna play you gotta pay.

 

Just mod it and make some power so you can back-up your smoke when you make somebody mad.
