High Revs, No RPMS, No "Wait to turn on" Light

Hello, I was trying to do the ATS TC mod and messed up... I grounded pin #1 and it went crazy.. It drove fine until I stopped and then nothing. I had to coast it home at about 10 miles and hour (the high idle revs allowed the truck to move that slow). It would bog down when I gave it gas. Turn it on: No "Wait to turn On" Light, No RPMs on the dash, High Idle (can tell by sound), Will engage in drive and reverse BUT nothing happens when I press the gas pedal. It revs high enough to barely move the truck...

Checked Pin 23 and I'm getting 5vlts. However, the reading does NOT increase when I depress the throttle. It should go up but its not... I have no readings on the pig tail.

Codes: 1693, 0121, 0123, 0113, 0118, 0236, 0341

Disconnected batteries, waited 30 min, reset apps... NOTHING..

I have been trying to get my TC to lock up but I haven't been able to. I have 4 different RPM changes but Im reving 2700 at 65 with 3.54s front and back..
I've searched and researched for possibilities for an answere but now I NEED help... Where do I go from here?
