Yesterday while cruising on the way home my truck hicupped. It did it twice. As if the engine shut off and right back on again. The first time I had the cruise set and I thought it was something to do with that, the second was just a few seconds later and after I disengaged the cruise. It has never done this before and in the ninety miles home did not do it again. What is going on? Thanks, Nape

I don't see a fuel pressure gauge in your signature...
I had the same thing, turned out to be the Lift Pump which then took out the Injection Pump.
You need a fuel pressure gauge to keep an eye on your LP.
It could well be that you LP is dying or if you are lucky it could be just a clogged up fuel filter.
Check your fuel pressure, you can use a regular gauge for now to check pressure. Get one with a 1/8" thread or a 1/4" one and a reducer, screw it into the 1/8" plug at the top front of your fuel filter housing.
