Help with water leak

My truck is losing a lot of water and it is driving me crazy trying to find the leak. After days of looking I finally found water dripping but can't tell just where or what it is coming from.
Seems to be on the drivers side at the back of the head. Just above where it looks like a 3 wire temp sensor, and a couple of inches further back. All I can find there are screw in plugs that don't seem to be leaking. And another sensor, don't know what it is. It's just so danged hard to access the area to look further, thought maybe someone would have some ideas.

Is there a puddle under your truck? Abnormally white exhaust smoke? Sounds like a headgasket to me......

Water is leaking externally. It is coming from the rear of the head on the drivers side. I'm worried about cracked head or block because I can't find the source, it's a very awkward spot to see. Truck is an 01

There is a heater hose manifold on the passenger side but no water jacket connection on the driver's that I recall. Sounds like a head gasket if it is coming out between the head and block joint.

You have a fuel return fitting on the rear centerline of the head, be careful around that if you get to feeling around.

Do you have the dreaded 53 block?

There's freeze plug straight at the back of the block just under the head, better check that.
