I have a bad pinion bearing in front axle and who knows what else i will need. When trying to order parts i found i need the number on the tag on the axle. The tag is missing. So through this excellent web site i found that a dodge dealer can find this tag info using my VIN number. Problem is the dodge dealer around here is incompetent and using the VIN number they can only tell me it's a Dana M60F. That i already know. So I was wondering if anyone on the site could help me find what i need using my VIN number? 1B7KF23681J205662

 

Can't help you with the VIN, but you can pretty much figure it out yourself, based upon what you have. You know it is a D60, and it has 3.54 gears, now you need to know if it is with 4WABS or 2, and if it is a 2001 or a 2001.5 ( Disc brake rear is a dead giveaway about 2001.5 )
