Help with 1998 3500
I have a 1998 Dodge 3500 diesel w/5spd transmission. I wrecked the truck on the passenger side front. Fender, bumper, radiator, etc had to be replaced. Prior to the wreck, truck ran fine, no problems. Two days after getting the truck out of the body shop, I was driving it and it was like I had turned the key off then right back on; check engine light came on at same time. It did this four times. The check engine light went off and stayed off for a few miles after I had parked the truck the same day. Presently the check engine light is off and I have not had the truck to do it again. I was told it might be the TPS (Cost $600). Any help with this matter would be appreciated.

I would look at the wiring from the battery on that side, also look at the grounds, and the wiring leading to the PCM on the firewall above the passenger fender, and behind the airbox.
Sounds like something might be goofy there.
