Head Gaskets???

I've been trying to hunt down a Headgasket for my 2001 24v. I need one that is .10 thicker then stock. I'm not going with studs, or have anything fancy done to my rig. She's just a tow rig.

Where do yall recommend to go to pick one up?

Thanks
Rick

From: North Carolina or Kentucky. Take your pick
Your friendly Dodge or Cummins dealers should understand what you want. The machine shop should have source also.

Did you have the block decked? If I read the manual correctly, you need to regrade the pistons when you do. If the engine is still apart and your pistons are good, I've heard that you can cut that off of the top of the pistons. Pistons should have about 0.024" protrusion iirc.

I am in the process and will get the pistons turned down to maintain a 0.020" protrusion. Using a std head gasket.
