Hard Starting

Have been having trouble getting started. At first, it just took a second longer, but today, after truck sat for 3 days, it took several minutes.
Any help will be much appreciated.

Could be anything from a lift pump going bad to the o-rings on the injector tubes.

Try parking with the nose of the truck facing "downhill". Anything?

Hard start when cold or hot???

Lots of variables. Easiest if you can afford it --- take it to the shop. I replaced a lift pump that I probably didn't have to when mine had a hard start problem (always when it sat). I found a guy who KNEW the CTD. He diagnosed the o-ring problem after hearing what I had already done. Then he fixed it at a price I was comfortable with and had it done earlier than promised.

If you've done nothing to the truck recently then its most likely a fuel leak. And that leak is most likely on the return side of the fuel system. As mentioned, parking with the trucks nose pointing downhill will help determine if thats the problem or not.
