I guess it is a good deal if the one on Ebay goes higher than that.

Sounds a little steep to me. If going in the Dodge you will have to lose some parts, the air compressor, manifold, bell housing, fan drive. You will have a 2500 rpm VP on it. If it were me I would get a 275, lot more power and good economy.
