I am having trouble with my 99 cummins, it seems to be defueling at 2400-2600 rpm. I have had alot of trouble with it and have replaced almost everything, I am currious what the full throttle voltage should be? or if anyone has any other ideas.

 

I checked my truck the other day with a DRBIII and it was about 3.6 WOT

 

Thats what I got with the old one and the new one. I guess I will continue my search, thanks for the reply, I do assume your truck runs good right?
