Fuel Pressure Regulator ???
Fuel Pressure Regulator ???
I'd like to add a fuel pressure regulator when I install my Holly black pump.
Can anyone recommend pressure regulator? I understand the ideal pressure is arround 21psi. My truck is a bone-stock 2001.5 4x4 auto, but I'll likely be adding "moderate" injectors and a chip soon.
Thanks again, Smackfish.

I am using a Simflo regulator. I bought it from WideOpenDiesel for about 45$.
I am using the regulator with a Campaign lift pump and, so far, this has been the longest lived lp that I have had, at 16 months now and performing flawlessly.
I have regulated the pressure to 12psi. Some might think this is too low but I think that is all that the VP needs. WOT the pressure does not dip below 10psi.

I'm running a carter pusher pump in series with a campaign pump. My pressures were running about 23 psi so I installed an aeromotive pressure regulator, model #13301. I got it at Summit Racing, I think it was about $120. I run it at about 14 psi, works great. As you can see, I installed my Fuel Pressure sender right in the pressure regulator. Since this picture was taken I've also installed another Fuel Pressure sender for my Edge J/A.
