fuel issue needs help

Hello, I have a 2000 2500 diesel, 75k miles. While warming up after a month of storage the engine would die and catch very eradicaly and the tach needle would drop down then back up. the odometer sai NO BUS a few times. With the engine off the Lift pump would go on and off very randomly. I put on a new LP and now it wont cycle at all, although I can test cycle it with a snap on scanner. the codes are 1687, 1689, 1693, 1694. all at different times of testing. I dont know where to go from here. thanks in advance to any help.

First of all, welcome to the forum! I hope you will find it friendly and informative and will stay around, as many of us have.
P1687 A/T FI Signal B High Input.
P1689 Traction Control Delivered Torque Output Circuit
P1693 DTC Detected In Companion Mode
P1694 Fault In Companion Mode
"No bus" in combination with those other ones that don't make any sense - looks to me that you have an intermittent connector problem at the instrument cluster. I think it usually happens behind the cluster, near the firewall.
Good luck!

Thanks for the help, I have tested the resistance on theccd positive wire from the cluster plug to the pcm and it is good at .2 ohms. I just dont know what else to test. I hope this is not a inj. pump or ecm failure.

I would take apart the connectors all the way from the instrument cluster to the ECM and re-connect; using some contact cleaner on them would be even better. It has got to be oxidation of the contacts somewhere.
