For a 2002 DC says 15,000 Miles...

I change oil every 6,000 miles... I usually change the fuel filter ever other oil change... (~12k miles)

Here's a step by step, no pictures though.

Watch your fuel pressure gage also. It will tell you when it is time to change the filter.

I'm starting to agree with that statement... I'm noticing the closer I get to changing the fuel filter the lower the pressure is be coming. Not really low but it has dropped a 1 PSI.

I run pre and post filter gauges so I don't have to guess if the filter is getting plugged or if it is the LP going south!

You most likely got the electric sender guage... I know that is nice to have... Flip a switch and see the difference...

I'm not going to buy a second FP guage (mech) for that... I just grin and bear with it...

Actually I run a mechanical gauge in the cab, post filter and a direct-mount gauge on the filter canister, pre filter - pic is in my gallery...

I change mine out everytime the lift pump dies and I replace with a new one. About every 7,000 miles or so! Good thing I only average about 8,000 miles per year.
