Got a buddy with a 98.5. He bought the truck used a couple months ago and is complaining about the mileage(14mpg) empty.
I suggested changing the fuel filter for starters. After looking under the hood I see that his 98.5 is different than my 02. Can someone point me in the right direction for directions to change the filter. I tried the search function and it is disabled for some reason and nothing in the tech area. Thanks

I believe those are like the later 12 valve fuel filters...they spin off from the bottom whilst using a 15 mm wrench on the top to spin it off the bolt inside?
