Front Wheel Bearings

Just finished taking the bearing hub off my truck using the power steering method. Worked great , thanks to whoever came up with it.
Any one have any experiance with the hub assm. from Autoparts warehouse, they are Timken bearings but the price is almost half of what I was quoted from the local napa store.
Any input would be appreciated

A Timken should be just fine. I went with the local from Napa I get a discount. but it also came with a lifetime warranty. but if you get a good deal on the timken should be fine. have used them plus KSA brand and chicago rawhide brand bearings.

loosen up the hub bolts a little at a time use the socket and short extension along with a bar ( I used a die bar with flat sides) to jamb the extension against. With engine running turn the wheel until the extension and socket that is on a loose bolt jamb up against the bar. The power steering pump acts as a press and pushes the bolt and intern pushes the hub away from it's mounting surface. The key is to have all four bolts backed out and alternate from side to side alittle at a time. Steering pump generates a lot of pressure, I was suprised how easy it pusheed the hub out. Hope this helps, I think one of the other sites may have pictures.
