Friend wants more power from his 24v

alright, its a 99 24v auto. He wants to get a little more fuel flowing, my buddy rode in my 12v and saw the smoke. He said i want mine to do that but absoltuly woop you Power wise. right now he has pyro, boost, trans on the pillar. Also he has an edge box, but it needs to be reflashd it only has level three. He is sending it back and having the drag comp program installed, but he wants to put injectors in it also. He was also wanting to stack an edge ez on top, but i dont think that will be a good idea untill he gets a larger air supply, and his tansmission built.... (he needs it to break in order to be able to upgrade it...

dont stack the edge EZ with the drag comp it will be too much timing, if he plans on stacking, get a TST PM3 and an EZ or smarty. in my opinion the drag comp runs great by itself and injectors would be the way to go, he is going to need a turbo though and tranny as the drag comp itself will already be too much for the stock tranny.

depends on if you tow or just daily driver it, and on how much you are willing to spend

He needs a fuel pressure gauge first.

he is working on that, we have a test por and a test guage we are going to run asap.
We call this guy knuckle head, because he says one thing but it usually doesnt happen. If and when he gets his box fixed, we are going to build from there, but im just trying to educate myself on these 24v's because i know nothign about the pumps. I am good with 12vers however 24vers, are new to me...

I have had a fuel pressure gage since i got this truck and it has saved my injection pump. I noticed that it was sucking it down to almost zero and redid the fuel lines/pump. Never had a problem since then.

I just put the Edge juice w/ attitude on my truck and it made a big difference. i didnt think you could stack the EZ with it though. I thought it was basically the same except the Juice/comp had a couple extra power levels.

sounds god, i think he has low pressure as it is because his box makes no difference, although his box is messed up a little... plus ive only driven a common rail with a tst on it as far as 24v iesel go... and that common rail was def. hot!
