So I just went and picked up an 01 H/O 6 speed 2WD truck, I am taking the rust free body and putting it on my truck. I noticed right away it had an HX35W turbo, which I most likely will be using to upgrade my HY.

Are there any other hidden goodies on this truck I may want to swap?

bring the VIN to the dealership service dept and have them pull the complete build sheet for it.
Not sure if there was a bigger or smaller fuel tank? if it was 4wd I would say look for the bigger transfer case but its not.
also not sure if they have them or if yours you drive does already but rear sway bar? My 02 4wd long bed HO did not come with a sway bar. maybe because its a 4wd. Or because mine had some sort of overload springs?

hows the dash look compared to yours? seats? headliner? is there a grab handle on the door pilar? also look at cosmetic stuff on the outside?
