I'd say check the OEM manual on the Miles/time frame for a fluids change. It should have the Recommended Fluids too.
here's what mine ended up as
Front - Dana 60 - 75/90 synthetic
Rear - Dana 80 - 75/140 synthetic
Transfer - NV241D - synthetic

Tsutter....I just did my front, rear, NV5600 and transfercase. It was a little bit of an adventure but not too bad. I went with all synthetics too for that added bit of protection. My odometer read 69K and all fluids were clean still. I do work the truck but probably not as hard as some of those exposed to a farm environment.
