Fluid in nv4500

Fluid in nv4500
im getting ready to change the fluid. Im curious what dose everyone else run? Im a little scared to try anything but syntorque, ive had serious problems! what else works? anyone tried the filters or coolers?

Syntorque is in my newly rebuilt transmission right now.
I ran 240,000 plus on the old tranny until 5th gear came loose.
I was running a mix of Redline MTL and MT-90 for the majority of those miles- shifted good, and from the report I got the transmission was in pretty good shape for all those miles.
The main thing is what ever oil you use be sure and use a GL4 oil!
