Can anyone tell me what the torque specs are on the flexplate and the torque converter.

Hmm, I tried looking on a manual I have on here but all it gives is the torque pattern and not the actual torque amount *sigh*.

I'll have a look through my manuals tomorrow at work, we are sure to have something in them I would think.

 

Flexplate to Crank
101 lbs-ft
Flexplate to Torque Converter
33 lbs-ft


I took this from our flexplate instructions. Hopefully this helps you out.

yup crossways is fine.

 

Be sure you clean all of the threads first, then use Blue Loctite when you install and torque the bolts. DO NOT USE RED Loctite.
