feul leak at factor filter

feul leak at factor filter

98.5 fuel leaks from wires comeing out of filter houseing. what is the fix for this problem?

IIRC those are the wires for the fuel heater and/or wif sensor. I have not done it but I think there is an oring that can go bad. Seems to me you can buy just the oring. Hopefully someone else will chime in and clarify.

Newbie here. Had same problem on my 99, used j b weld,appx. 20 k ago. Still holding.

Yep ...took it apart, found an ac oring and then also jb welded it. Lasted for 20k mi so far.
