Engine warm up
Hi guys,
Is there a rule of thumb for morning run time before launching out for the day. In cold weather 32 or below I let it run for a couple of minutes. butt what about 40-50 deg. days. Are the cummins tough enough for a prolong life. by doing this?

There was a thread started a couple of days ago and still running today that may answer your question. Check under 3rd gen, no drivetrain for 'Warm up, for how long'. Hope this helps.
