Well boys,just changed the tranny about 1000kms ago.all was going well,amsoil tranny fluid.have had reacurring APPS codes.would APPS being faulty and act like a gas engine that has a miss,or is this my new tranny buggering up.the old girl ran fine then today after some days off it started to act up,mainly like a gas engine missing.thanks for ANY help.

 

ok if its an auto tranny, the best way to tell if its the engine miss its to brake torque it alittle you will make the miss much more pronounced. its the trans it wont do anything... unless the torque converter or flex plate is screw up. also if it sounds like a knock but you dont feel it. the flex plate may have a crack in it

 

well i just pulled the codes and got pcu-p 1693 and ecu-0122 looks like it is the APPS.feeling a little better about that.have to do another reset then may a APPS over haul,or new.
