Driving with faulty cam sensor

Pulled code 0341, is it bad to drive my truck with a bad cam sensor for a couple
days? Truck still runs normal just my tach does not work all the time. I just had
back surgery and need a few days to heal.

i had one go bad slowly and drove it until it got too problematic. i suppose it didn't hurt my truck - just couldn't start it all the time...
