dreaded 0216 code
Well, I've been having some issues with dead pedal and the truck finally threw the dreaded code. I bought the truck about 2 months ago with an EZ Edge already installed on it. Does the EZ Edge void the warranty? Can I just take it out or will they still be able to tell that there was a chip in it? Also, anyone know a good dodge dealership in northern colorado/ft collins area to have the work done?
Thanks,
Josh
Thanks,
Josh

You should be covered, long as the pump wire was not tapped. Take off the Edge and other removeable mod's before taking it to the dealer.
Fill in your signature with your truck info, so members can better help you.
My pump(s) were covered under the cummins 5/100.
Good Luck.

Pretty sure that only the Comp versions of the EDGE change the feuling via the injection pump. Look at the electrical cover on the VP44, see any "sta-con" or other type of wire connectors to your edge box? (prolly not) Someone who knows better will pop in an tell you for sure. As long as you are below 100k miles, you should be okay at the dealer.
